We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, you may ship the item with a courier of your choice. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email us at connect@atelierstanzin.com.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return it first for a refund, then make a new purchase for the desired item once the return is approved.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
